Emily is an in-network provider for:Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Aetna PPO’s

A superbill can be be provided for any client interested in seeking reimbursement for out-of-network insurance carriers

Please contact your insurance company prior to our first visit to verify benefits and find out any information regarding your deductible, copay or coinsurance.

Please note that sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a cancellation fee of $75 that is not covered by insurance.
